Spree acknowledges receipt of the amount of ONE THOUSAND (US $1,000.00) UNITED STATES DOLLARS from the customer (the “Deposit”) which has been made to secure the order of the customer for one (1) Golf Cart.

The Deposit shall be held in escrow by Spree general counsel, The Deposit shall be released from escrow on the below terms. Escrow information will be provided to customer within 10 days of reservation.

The Deposit shall be applied to the purchase price of the Golf Cart at the time that the Golf Cart is available for purchase by the customer.  If the customer does not complete the purchase of the Golf Cart within twenty-one (21) days from Spree sending written notice to the customer’s below address that the customer’s Golf Cart is available for purchase, the Escrow Agent shall release the Deposit to Spree on its receipt of an affidavit from Spree attesting to such facts.  If Spree does not give notice to the customer within six (6) months from the date written below that the Golf Cart is available for purchase by the customer, the customer may elect to have the Deposit returned by written notice to Spree and the Escrow Agent and the Escrow Agent shall send a check to the customer for the Deposit within seven (7) days of its receipt of such notice.  The Deposit shall not earn interest while it is held in escrow.  These Terms of the Deposit shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

The customer acknowledges having read and understood the above Terms of the Deposit.
